The Designer agrees to provide the following services:

• Provide static, HTML-based web design services based on the previous quote.
• Create bespoke copyright for the website.
• Host the website and provide ongoing support.
• Host the website and provide ongoing support

Key Considerations:

• Any optimization must be done manually, not through automated SEO tools.
• Our websites do not include a back-end CMS system accessible by the client. Websites are launched as static HTML for speed and SEO performance.
• If the website is moved away, it is the client’s responsibility to find a suitable developer to take over.
• The Client's expectations for the design and functionality of the website should be reasonable and aligned with the examples and specifications provided in previous quotes and communications.
• Upon moving away, the client will receive the complete static HTML version of the website as it was at the point of termination. This will not include a CMS or any additional SEO landing pages beyond the main home/indexing page with 1 area.

HOSTING & SEO COVERAGE

Hosting and Maintenance Includes:

• Ultra-fast hosting for optimal website performance.
• Regular server maintenance to ensure reliability and uptime.
• Up to 5 professional business email accounts, integrated seamlessly with your domain.
• Domain management, including purchase and renewal.
• Annual backend rebuilds and security updates to maintain site performance.
• Technical upgrades aligned with Google’s latest SEO and performance regulations.
• Client directory listing for SEO benefits (free for existing clients; future listings £80/year).
• Proactive maintenance and continuous monitoring to prevent issues.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Monthly hosting and support fees are payable via direct debit through GoCardless.
• Sign-up through GoCardless must be completed before website launch
• Invoices must be paid on the due date. Unpaid invoices may result in suspended services until settled.
• If a hosting payment bounces, we reserve the right to suspend services until the account is cleared.
• If one full month of hosting fees or three payment attempts are missed, we reserve the right to permanently terminate hosting services.
• A reactivation fee of £50 may be incurred to cover administrative time when reinstating suspended services.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND CHARGES

• Post-launch changes, including photo updates or content edits, are charged at £30 per hour.
• Any work beyond the original project scope, including ongoing third Party SEO, is also chargeable.

TERMINATION

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
• Upon termination, the client will receive the complete static HTML file of the website, website copy, any source material from the Designer, and control of the domain, provided all outstanding invoices are paid.
• The static HTML version provided will not include a CMS or additional SEO landing pages beyond the main home/indexing page with 1 area.
• Additionally, all town-based landing pages will be removed as they are part of the monthly hosting package.

RANKING

• We do not guarantee specific website rankings. Our guidance is based on experience and best practices, but external factors can influence results.
• Indexing can take time; we provide advice based on previous experience but cannot guarantee how long it will take.
• BeeLocal Web Design / Kireth Web Design is not liable for ranking fluctuations due to factors beyond our control.
